I’ve been where you are. Before founding The Private Practice Concierge, I was a healthcare business owner running on fumes.
My name is Amanda, and my journey in healthcare spans a Bachelor’s in Allied Healthcare Business Management, roles in home health and corporate insurance and successfully building and selling my own sonography business.
When I sold my business, it was because of sheer burnout. That pivotal moment made me realize that private practice owners don’t need the added stress of hiring, training, and managing traditional employees just to get some help. You need a plug-and-play partner who already speaks your language.
That is how The Private Practice Concierge (formerly Amanda’s Virtual Services) was born. Today, our team thrives on stepping into your practice, understanding your unique needs from day one, and giving you your time and peace of mind back.
When I’m not helping providers clear their plates, you can usually find me outside enjoying nature, gardening, hanging out with our farm animals, and chasin’ my kiddos and their dreams.

Amanda | Owner & Private Practice Manager/Assistant
With a degree in Allied Healthcare Business Management, Amanda has spent her career navigating the healthcare industry from almost every angle. She founded this business to give providers a flexible, stress-free alternative to traditional hiring. When she isn’t helping practice owners reclaim their time, she is managing her busy household of four kiddos and her many farm animals on her family compound.

Amanda S. joined our team in April 2026 and brings over five years of invaluable, hands-on experience inside the private practice world. When she steps away from managing client practices, you can find her clearing her mind at kickboxing or recharging out in nature.
Rachael A. | Private Practice Manager/Assistant
With more than 16 years of administrative and operational experience, Rachael has spent a significant portion of her career in healthcare. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a minor in Health Care Management, bringing deep expertise in practice operations.
Outside of work, she is a wife and mom to two active boys, and enjoys baking homemade breads and desserts. Her busy family life has strengthened her ability to stay organized, adaptable, and calm under pressure, qualities she brings to every practice she supports.
Jatón H. | Private Practice Manager/Assistant
Jatón has over three years of experience supporting private practices with the day to day administrative tasks that keep everything running smoothly. She enjoys bringing order to busy schedules, solving problems, and finding simple ways to make life easier for both providers and their patients. Her goal is to help practices feel less overwhelmed so they can focus on delivering exceptional care.
When she’s not working, you’ll usually find Jatón spending time with her family, curled up with a good book, or relaxing with her favorite TV show. She believes that kindness, clear communication, and attention to detail go a long way, both in work and in life.
